Make Gucci the first legacy brand in the world to own and manage its own digital art marketplace.
WHAT WE DID
A curated NFT marketplace and digital gallery for Gucci Vault: 29 artists, three auction drops, bridging crypto-natives and real-world creatives under one platform.
Won Awwwards SOTD and FWA Site of the Day. Delivered concept to launch in 14 weeks to a hard deadline at NFT.NYC. The highest valued artworks sold within days despite a crypto downturn at launch. Coverage across Fortune, CoinDesk and Highsnobiety. As Delivery Lead, I coordinated across disciplines to keep a complex multi-partner production on track without compromising the quality the Gucci name demands.
